The rules any funding must follow

These rules are sealed on the public record (sealed 2026-10-06 14:31 UTC, sha256:901bd8f3…) and change only by a new, dated, sealed version that applies going forward.

  1. No payment for outcomes. No payment, milestone, renewal or continuation may depend on the value of a forecast, a tier, a verdict, a calibration result, or the inclusion, exclusion or ordering of any specific pool, asset, protocol or chain. Funded milestones may cover only the delivery and adoption of tools, data feeds, documentation, reports or infrastructure (for example: a release shipped, a feed kept available, third-party integrations, usage).
  2. No influence over method. Funders have no say over pool lists, models, sealed standards, tier thresholds, grading, or what is published. Funded work may extend coverage only through an objective inclusion rule (for example, a liquidity threshold) that is sealed and published before it is used; funders may not add, remove or choose specific pools. Any change to models or standards follows the existing process: a new model version and a new sealed standard, applied going forward only.
  3. No early access. Funders see forecasts, outcomes and verdicts no earlier and in no greater detail than the public.
  4. Code access. Where a funder requires code access for technical review, that access is read-only, time-limited and disclosed. It confers no right to change code, models or methods.
  5. Disclosure. Every accepted source of funding is listed on this page within 7 days, with the funder, form, amount (or terms, where variable), asset or currency of payment, date, scope, restrictions, and whether the funder, or an asset it issues or holds, is covered by any GradedLP board. Each acceptance is also recorded in a dated disclosure in the public pre-registration repository.
  6. Right to disclose. GradedLP does not accept funding on terms that prevent it from disclosing the funding, the funder, the amount and the scope. Where an agreement requires the funder's approval for public announcements, written permission for this disclosure is obtained before the funding is accepted.
  7. Advertising and affiliates. If any, they are labelled as such and never placed inside a forecast, tier, verdict or outcome. Excluded: gambling; token sales and presales; leveraged or derivatives trading; liquidity-management, vault or DEX products; and any protocol, pool or token covered by a GradedLP board.
  8. Ending an arrangement. If a funder seeks to influence anything in rules 1 to 3, GradedLP ends the arrangement and discloses that it has done so.
  9. Changes. Only by a new, dated, sealed version that applies going forward. Earlier versions stay on the public record.
  10. Change of ownership. Nothing in this policy restricts a sale of GradedLP or a change in its ownership or control. Any such change is disclosed on this page and in a dated disclosure. Records already published remain verifiable against their hashes and XRP Ledger anchors.

This policy governs outside funding only. Every board's forecasts, standards and verdicts remain governed by their own sealed standards. Questions: [email protected].
