Terms of Use
GradedLP is analytics, not financial advice. We publish data, model outputs and probabilities based on our own observations and calculations. Nothing here tells you to buy, sell, hold, or provide liquidity to anything. Decisions you make with it are yours alone.
1. Who we are
GradedLP (gradedlp.com, “GradedLP”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Nathen Wright. Contact: [email protected]. By using the website or the data it publishes, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use GradedLP.
2. What GradedLP provides
GradedLP estimates risk for crypto price ranges and liquidity-pool positions: for example, the probability that a price leaves a range within 14 days, and tiers such as AVOID / WATCH / OK derived from those estimates. Inputs come from public market and on-chain data; outputs come from our models. Forecasts are committed to a public record before their outcomes exist, graded against rules fixed in advance, and timestamped on the XRP Ledger.
3. Not financial advice
- GradedLP is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- A probability, tier, grade or alert describes what our model estimated from the data it had. It is not a recommendation, an instruction, or a statement about what you should do.
- Models can be wrong, and some forecasts will be. The public record shows failures and inconclusive results with the same weight as successes. Past forecast performance does not guarantee future results.
- Crypto assets and liquidity provision can lose most or all of their value. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Accuracy and availability
Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Data sources can be delayed, missing or wrong; the service can be interrupted.
5. Free; nothing is sold
GradedLP is free to use. We do not sell access, subscriptions, API passes or alerts, and we will never ask you for a payment, a wallet connection or a wallet secret. Anyone who does, claiming to be GradedLP, is not us. If paid access is ever offered, these terms will be updated first, with a new effective date.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attack, overload, or probe the service, don't bypass rate limits or access controls, and don't use it for anything unlawful. Public pages and the public record may be quoted with attribution.
7. Eligibility
GradedLP is intended for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms.
8. Third-party services
GradedLP relies on services we don't control, including Cloudflare, GitHub, the XRP Ledger, and the public blockchains and market-data sources it reads. Their availability and their own terms apply to your use of them.
9. Intellectual property
The site, models and their outputs are ours. The public record at github.com/GradedLP/publiciq is licensed CC BY 4.0 (reuse with credit) and its verifier under MIT, so anyone can check and cite it. Otherwise these terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradedLP and its operator are not liable for any trading, investment, or liquidity-provision losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GradedLP and its operator against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
12. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the effective date above will change with them, and continued use means you accept the update. We may suspend access that violates these terms. Sections 3, 4, 10 and 11 survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
