Privacy Policy
Short version: no accounts, no ads, no analytics trackers, no cookies set by GradedLP, nothing for sale. We don't collect, sell or share personal data.
1. Who is responsible
GradedLP (gradedlp.com) is operated by Nathen Wright. Privacy questions and requests: [email protected].
2. Browsing the website
- GradedLP sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Our pages load no fonts, scripts or images from third parties.
- The site is served through Cloudflare (content delivery and security). Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the page and block abuse, and may set a short-lived security cookie. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- To count visits, our own web server keeps a short request log: the page asked for, the time, the referring site, your browser's name and version, the country Cloudflare reports, and your IP address cut to its first two parts (for example 203.0.x.x) before it is written, so it cannot identify you. No cookies or full addresses are logged. Raw lines are deleted after 3 days; only daily totals (pages viewed, an estimated number of visitors, referring sites, countries) are kept. None of it is sold, shared or used for ads.
3. No accounts, payments or alerts
GradedLP has no sign-up, sells nothing and takes no payments, so it holds no account, wallet or payment data about
visitors. The site's public data files (for example record.json) are plain downloads, logged the
same way as pages. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date.
4. Contacting us
If you email us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with it.
5. What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, share it for advertising, build profiles, or use it for anything other than running GradedLP, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations.
6. Who else sees data
Only Cloudflare (named above) and our hosting provider, which runs our servers. We may disclose data if required by law.
7. How long we keep it
- Email correspondence: as long as needed to deal with it.
- The public pre-registration record and its XRP Ledger timestamps: permanent by design. They contain forecasts, not personal data.
8. Security
The site is served through a reverse proxy on a locked-down server and holds no visitor accounts, funds or wallet secrets. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at the address above if you find a problem.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask what data we hold about you (in practice, only email you sent us) and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to exercise them.
10. Children
GradedLP is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes.
